I have been working with metal for around 18 years. I take pride in what I do and strive to be the best that I can be. I pay attention to detail and want the best for my customers. I started rigging at copper mines when i was 21, using come alongs, cutting torches, magnesium cutting rods and so forth. I began welding at 23. I have welded using mig, stick, tig, dual shield, spot welders and oxygen acetylene. I have certifications in iron, galvanized iron, stainless steel and aluminum. I am familiar with many metal bending machines, including; hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, manual, tubing benders, pipe benders, press brakes, hand brakes, and more. I can work with either computerized or manual setup. I use plasma cutters where possible, but also cut using cutting wheels, snips, saws, and other tools. I attended trade school and am a sheetmetal worker by trade. I can measure up, design, plan, build, and install. I also do repair and modification. In my career I have built chairs, tables, safes, car parts. I made and installed equipment for professional kitchens, such as; stainless steel hoods, tables, sinks, counter tops, wall and backsplash flashing, kick plates. parts for grills, dishwashers, ovens and other cooking equipment, flashing for and installation of walk in box and freezer. I have made these items for personal use and mobile kitchens as well. I made and install HVAC ductwork for buildings, dust collecting systems, grease duct, residential, and chemical plant use.
